to plan a quarter, down from two weeks
time spent in status meetings
The challenge
Each team kept its own roadmap deck. Nobody could see what depended on what until a launch slipped.

The challenge
Veridane grew from four to twelve product teams in eighteen months. Each team planned in its own slide deck, and the decks were out of date the day they were shared. Dependencies lived in people’s heads, so a delay in one team surfaced weeks later in another.
What changed
The product leads moved every goal into one Bloomline roadmap, each with a single owner and a date. Links between tasks made dependencies visible, and weekly updates replaced the Monday status round.
One planning day per quarter
Planning now happens in a single afternoon. Teams draft their goals in advance, then resolve conflicts together on the shared timeline.
The results
Within one quarter, every goal had an owner and a date. Status meetings dropped by more than a third, and the leadership review now runs on the weekly digest.
