The challenge
Fernhaus is small, but its roadmap was not. Twelve decks described the same quarter in twelve different ways, and almost half the tasks had no owner.
What changed
The team moved to one Bloomline roadmap and assigned every task by workload. The assignee picker suggests the person with the most room, so work spreads evenly instead of landing on the same three people.
The results
Ninety-two percent of tasks now have a named owner, and the monthly roadmap review went from an hour to twenty minutes.
