Live workshop: plan 2027 in one afternoon

Planning a full year in one afternoon sounds ambitious. With the right preparation, it is not. Join our product team for a three-hour workshop and leave with a first draft of your 2027 roadmap.

What you will do

Collect and score requests

We start with a simple scoring method: reach, impact and effort. You will score your own backlog live, with our team helping you settle the hard cases.

Turn requests into goals

A long list of features is not a plan. We will group your top requests into three to five goals, each written as a sentence with a date.

Assign owners without overloading anyone

Every goal gets one owner. We will check each person’s workload before the plan is final, so nobody starts the year already behind.

Who should join

Product leads, engineering managers, founders and anyone who runs planning for a team. You do not need to use Bloomline to attend.

Practical details

The workshop runs from 1 pm to 4 pm, Berlin time. Seats in our Berlin office are limited to twenty people. The online session is open to everyone and includes the same exercises.

Bring your current backlog, even if it lives in a spreadsheet. You will get the workshop template to reuse with your team.
