Introducing Bloomline 2.0

A faster roadmap, a new goals page and weekly digests for every team.

Bloomline 2.0 is the biggest update since we launched. We rebuilt the roadmap, added a goals page for every team and made weekly updates automatic. Here is what changes for you.

A roadmap that keeps up

The new roadmap loads instantly, even with hundreds of goals and thousands of tasks. Scrolling across a full year feels as light as scrolling a single month.

Dependencies now move with the work. Drag a task to a new date and every linked task shifts with it. If a move creates a conflict, Bloomline shows it before you drop the task.

Three new views

Switch between Timeline, Board and List without losing your filters. Each view saves its own grouping, so the design team can see work by person while leadership sees it by goal.

A goals page for every team

Each team now has one page with its goals for the quarter. Every goal shows one owner, a target date and live progress from the tasks below it.

Goals at risk move to the top. A goal is at risk when its tasks slip, when its owner is overloaded or when nobody has posted an update in two weeks.

Updates that write themselves

Every Monday, Bloomline sends each team a short digest. It lists last week’s wins, the goals at risk and the dates that moved. Leaders get one message per team instead of a pile of status reports.

You choose where the digest lands: email, chat or both. You can also pause it during holidays.

What we did not change

Your data, your workspace and your links stay exactly where they were. There is nothing to migrate and nothing to install.

Available today

Bloomline 2.0 is live for every workspace, on every plan. Open your roadmap to see it. If you want a guided tour, book a short demo with our team.
